Monthly Popwork check-ins are now available 📆

Hi guys, 
Glad to share we released something new on Popwork today: check-ins can now be scheduled with a monthly frequency 📆
Choosing the monthly frequency
If you feel that you only want to have monthly 1:1 conversations with one of your team members, it is now possible with Popwork.
To do so, go into Parameters
 > Team members
 and select said team member. You can now use the drop down menu to choose the monthly frequency
.
Note that you are also able to choose the week of the month you want to set the check-ins for.
Other improvements:
Renamed “Next steps” “Action items” to bring more clarity
Rephrased the workload question into “How satisfied are you with your current workload?”
Fixed the “1:1 check-in ongoing” status which was displaying even when there were no check-in to complete soon
