New transversal view: My action items 😍

Hey folks 👋
As promised last week, you can now access all your action items across all teams in one click from your left menu.
All action items assigned to you from anywhere will pull in this consolidated view and you can also add your own action items from there directly.
Simply check your left menu and click My action items
.
As a reminder, action items can also be added at the end of any check-in card and from the action items view of any profile.
Other improvements:
Fixed an issue with pre-loaded explanatory private note
